By the end of this course students should be able to:

  • Explain the characteristics of “Ulil Albab” in the Quran.
  • Reflect on the role and exemplary of UII’s founding figures, especially work ethics and role models to solve contemporary problems in the field of science they are engaged in.
  • Explain the history of the development of Muslim thought and relate it to developments in the field they are engaged in.
  • Formulate contributions in their respective fields of knowledge for the advancement of Islamic civilization in the present and future
