By the end of this course students should be able to:

  • Define homeostasis and point out the feedback mechanism precisely and explain the function of the nervous and endocrine system for body regulation accurately
  • Explain the anatomy and physiology of the cardiovascular system correctly
  • Discuss the anatomy and physiology of the digestive, respiratory and renal systems appropriately
  • Describe the anatomy and physiology of both integument and musculoskeletal system truthfully
  • Demonstrate the anatomy and physiology of reproductive system, Students are able to describe the concept of human creation associated to reproductive system based on Qur’an and Hadist precisely
  • Collect the assignments punctuall, be autonomous finishing the tasks and not indicated on plagiarism (<15%) be honest during exam

This course is a compulsory subject that is taken with cell biology prerequisites. This course aims to support Graduate Learning Outcomes in the form of knowledge of theories and concepts regarding Human Anatomy and Physiology which can support mastery of biomedical science and the application of biomedical science in the development of pharmaceutical sciences.
