Module objectives/intended learning On successful completion of the course students should be able to:

  1. Explain the relevant national regulations regarding the business in the field of cosmetics productions
  2. Develop a business plan in the form of a business plan proposal or a business feasibility study for cosmetics productions and development
  3. Conduct analysis of business development and cooperation in the field of cosmetics productions and development
  4. Conduct market analysis, develop promotion and marketing strategies, and apply good mass communication techniques
  5. Develop innovative design for cosmetics products considering market needs and halal principles
Content This elective course is delivered to support program learning outcomes in attitude and general skill aspect related to entrepreneurial spirit in the field of cosmetics productions and development. This course covers topics on business opportunities analysis, the importance of collaboration and cooperation in building entrepreneurship, specifically in the field of cosmetics production and development, as well as business feasibility studies. This course encourages the students to creatively develop cosmetic formulations and packaging and to work with responsibility, discipline, honesty.
